We are thrilled to meet people from around the world, either online or in person, and are thankful for the global interest in connecting with us. We work very hard to ensure that you get the information you need while also considering the comfort of our current residents. Our goal is to conduct efficient and effective meetings.

Appointment Scheduling
  • Must be based on offer.
  • Personal attendance required; no substitutes allowed.
  • Appointments open two weeks in advance and closing three days prior.
  • If you are 10 minutes late, the appointment is canceled.
  • If a meeting is canceled, a new one can be booked a minimum of 3 days later.
Visit Guidelines
  • Arrive 5 minutes in advance.
  • Visiting appointment lasts a maximum of 25 minutes.
  • This includes the building tour and showcasing a maximum of 3 agreed-upon room options.
  • Additional rooms cannot be added during visits to prevent disturbance to current residents.
Contract and House Rules
  • A brief 25-minute visit doesn’t allow for in-depth contract discussion.
  • Contract and House Rules shared in advance. Please read carefully!
  • Questions welcomed via email for detailed responses.
Reservation and Deposit
  • Room is booked only upon deposit payment.
  • Deposit payment only via bank transfer; international transfer details provided.
  • Prices in EUR, but payable in HUF; transfer details provided via email after the meeting.
  • Proof of payment required for room assignment; contract processing after deposit arrival.
  • Instant transaction for transfers from Hungarian accounts.
