You can choose to rent a flat alone or with friend(s). Each room includes a single bed, personal wardrobe, desk, and chair for each resident. Additional furniture like nightstands, lamps, trash cans, and shelves may vary by room. All flats also come with a laundry machine and drying racks. If you move in with a friend, you can choose between a mixed-gender flat or a single-gender flat, but make sure you and your friend(s) mutually agree. Invite outside visitors at your convenience; they’re your responsibility, so please be respectful of other residents.

Each flat features a private bathroom with showers for single-person use. Additionally, all flats are equipped with kitchen appliances, cookware, and kitchenware for your daily needs. Cleaning services are not included in the rent.

The building underwent recent renovations. As a historic structure, the rooms feature high ceilings and large, bright windows, providing a spacious feel.
