• Room residents collectively uphold room cleanliness, while our cleaning service manages common areas weekly or twice a week in larger units.
• Choose a single-gender room aligned with your gender identity to ensure a secure environment.
• Shared rooms are exclusively for students aged between 20 and 35.
• Your outside visitors are welcome between 10 am and 8 pm to ensure a secure environment for all residents.
Flat Rate Utility Price
• Enjoy a consistent monthly cost with utilities included in the rent.
• Rent covers water, electricity, gas, and internet/WiFi, simplifying your budgeting process.
Refund, cancellation
• After signing the contract, we cannot refund money, and cancellation is not possible.
Claiming Your New Place
• Participate in a 30-minute onboarding meeting to familiarize yourself with essential information about your new accommodation.
• We recommend you schedule the onboarding separately from your moving-in day if possible. Arrive 5 minutes early for the onboarding.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled.
• Moving in is only possible after the onboarding is completed, the contract is signed, and the deposit + first rent are paid.
• Move-ins are guaranteed during our working hours (Monday-Friday from 09:00 to 16:00).
• The keys and the accommodation can be handed over only to the person who signed the contract.
The no-nos
• We cannot rent to individuals under 18 years old. No pets are allowed. Smoking inside is prohibited.
