As former university volunteers and leaders, they aided countless international students, with Laco even becoming the organization’s president. Drawing from their firsthand experience in shared flats during university, they recognize the nuances of communal living. Fueled by their backgrounds in tourism, Vera and Laco established the company to guide students through the crucial early stages of their housing journey. Will I have everything that I need?

What does a room generally include?

Regardless of the photos you see on the website, rooms are all equipped with a maximum of 1 sleeping place, 1 wardrobe and 1 desk + chair per person. (Plus small extra furniture such as nightstands, lamps, trash cans, shelves, depending on the exact room).

The building is a recently renovated historical structure with a refurbished facade. Due to the building’s architectural style, the room interiors boast ceilings of about 3 meters in height, creating spacious rooms adorned with large, bright windows.
