Regardless of the photos you see on the website, rooms are all equipped with a maximum of 1 sleeping place, 1 wardrobe and 1 desk + chair per person. (Plus small extra furniture such as nightstands, lamps, trash cans, shelves, depending the exact room).
The building is a recently renovated historical structure with a refurbished facade. Due to the building’s architectural style, the room interiors boast ceilings of about 3 meters in height, creating spacious rooms adorned with large, bright windows.
We offer optional cleaning services for both private rooms and entire apartments. Below you can find all available options, pricing, and how to request them.
Available on weekdays between 09:00 and 16:00. Request via email.

Bicycle parking –

e-bike: 10€/month/bike* (includes access to the e-bike charging station)
*The monthly e-bike fee covers 20 kWh/month of electricity consumption. If your usage exceeds this, any extra consumption will be charged on top of the base fee.
Motorbike – 30€/month if added to contract or 40€ HUF/month if not added, just paid occasionally.
Car – 50€/month if added to contract or 70€/month if not added, just paid occasionally.
Choose any of the IKEA office chairs or standing lamps and we are delivering and assembling it for you for the IKEA item price within a week approximately. You will need to pay for the chosen item(s).
