For July and August 2026, you’ll pay only 50% of your monthly rent while you’re away — and yes, this discount includes utilities too.
You can leave your belongings in the room, but you won’t be able to use or access it during the Summer Hold period.

Prepayment Discount – Save up to 20%
Pay upfront and save more 💸
We offer a 2% discount for each month you pay in advance (e.g. pay 5 months → get 10% off), up to a maximum of 20%.
This means the discount can be applied to a maximum of 10 prepaid months. If you pay for more than 10 months upfront, only 10 months will be discounted.
👉 Minimum: 2 months paid in advance
👉 Discount applies to room rent only (utilities are not included)
👉 Payment must be completed within 15 calendar days from request
Simple: the more months you prepay, the bigger your discount — up to 10 months.
