How does the home visit work?

The visit process is a mandatory 30-minute tour where we introduce clients to our accommodation units, rooms, common areas, and study room. This visit helps prospective tenants become familiar with the space before making a reservation.

Get an Offer Before Booking a Visit

Before scheduling a visit, clients must contact us for an offer based on their accommodation preferences.

  • To start, fill out the first contact form here: Affordable Places for International Students.
  • This form helps us add you to our system and assist you in finding the best available offer.
  • Once you receive an offer, you can proceed with booking a visit.
Booking Your Visit

To schedule a visit, use our booking calendar and select the first option: Room Visit.

  • You can choose between an In-Person Visit or an Online Visit, depending on your location and availability.
In-Person Visit

An in-person visit takes place at our physical location in Budapest in 8th (coming soon!) and 9th District, depending on your choices.

Clients must arrive on time for their scheduled appointment.

  • A guided tour of the units, rooms, and amenities will be provided.
Online Visit

For international clients or those unable to attend in person, we offer an online visit via Google Meet.

  • The visit takes place at the scheduled appointment time.
  • A colleague will give a virtual tour of the amenities while answering any questions.
Reserving Your Bed, Room, or Flat

After the visit, we send an email with payment details for the chosen bed, room, or flat.

  • To secure the reservation, clients must pay two months’ deposit + one month’s rent before moving in.
  • A confirmation email for the deposit and a paid invoice for the monthly rent will be sent after payment is received.
Contract & House Rules

Before moving in, all tenants must read and understand the rental contract and house rules:
