Contract Details
Our accommodations come with a fixed-term contract, which means you commit to paying for the agreed months, and ending the contract before the agreed period is not possible.
Rent is paid monthly, and you’ll receive notification and detailed invoice between the 1st and 10th. Payment is due by the 15th for the upcoming month.

Reservation

To confirm your reservation after visiting, you will be required to transfer two months rent deposit. This amount will be fully refunded at the end of the contract when the place is returned in proper condition.
