What if I don’t receive an offer email?

First, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still haven’t received an email, contact us via WhatsApp or email, and we will verify your request in our system.

What if I don’t receive a confirmation after booking a visit?

If you booked through our system, you should receive an automated confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please contact us, and we will verify your booking manually.

Can I choose a different room than the one offered to me?

Yes! During your visit, if you see another available room that better fits your needs, we can discuss availability and adjustments.

How and when will I get back my security deposit?

If the room is in a proper condition and no damage has been done then full deposit is returned within a week after moving out via bank transfer. We ask for your bank details before you move out.

Can I cancel my new contract after I paid my deposit?

As your contract is a fixed term contract you are not able to cancel it after you have accepted your contract terms by paying the deposit or signing your prolongation contract. According to the Terms and Conditions if you terminate your contract before your contracted period ends the Security Deposit is not refundable.

Can people come over and study with me?

No issue if you bring people over but nobody is allowed in your room and the common areas after 8 PM till 10 AM.

Can I give my room key to others to move around the building?

No, your key is meant for you and should not be used by anybody else but you and it is punishable by a fine.

How do I know if my visit is confirmed?

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details.

What do I need to bring for the visit?

You don’t need to bring any specific documents. However, it’s a good idea to have the deposit ready (in cash or via bank transfer, as card payments are not accepted) so you can secure the room immediately.

Can I request a virtual tour instead of an in-person visit?

Yes, if you prefer an online visit, we will set up a Google Meet call to show you the available rooms.

What should I pay for the reservation of a bed?

For the reservation of a place, we require an amount equal to two months’ rent as a deposit. Before moving in we require the first month’s rent as well! So in total, deposit + first month’s rent.

Is the deposit refundable?

Yes, if the room and its amenities are in the original state (other than the natural wear and tear), and you don’t have any dept we refund the deposit. Otherwise, there can be deductions in case of damages.

Can I change rooms after moving in?

Room changes are subject to availability and specific conditions. An additional administrative fee applies, and each request must be reviewed and approved by management before a final decision is made.

Can I have extra electronic devices in my room/in the apartment?

No, you can only bring the basic devices such as your cellphone (mobile) a computer, laptop, tablet and charging devices. Any other item will need the approval of the management.

Can I bring my own router or network equipment?

You can neither bring nor ask for one. We have strong and High speed wifi available in the whole building.

Can security or staff check if I have people in my room?

Yes, due to fire life safety regulations after 10PM we can conduct checks if all persons in the rooms are registered. As the operator we are responsible for all people’s safety in the building.
