For both renewals and new bookings during the summer months (July and August), we offer special rates:
For Renewals:
1 month: Last year’s rate + 20% surcharge.
2 months: Last year’s rate + 10% surcharge.
Weekly rate: 40% of last year’s monthly price per week. Only available for consecutive weeks following an existing stay. For other availability, please check out our other options.
For New Tenants:
1 month: New rate + 20% surcharge.
2 months: New rate + 10% surcharge.
Weekly rate: Available for a minimum of 1 month stay, with the option to extend weeks at 40% of the new monthly rate per week.

Save more when you pay in advance! For every month you prepay, you’ll receive a 2% discount. For example, by prepaying for 6 months, you’ll get a total discount of 12%. Prepaying for 12 months will give you an amazing 24% discount! The more you pay upfront, the more you save!

- Bring a friend to live here and they will receive a 30% discount on their first month’s rent.
- As a thank you, you will also receive a one-time 30% discount after your friend has paid their deposit and first month’s rent.

If you decide to renew later, but sign the contract by July 31, you can still combine the prepayment discount. This means you can still enjoy a 2% discount for every month paid upfront, even if you make your decision a bit later.
