Operating on weekdays. Staff members are reachable 24/7 in case of emergency.

There is a 1 time/week general cleaning of the shared areas included in the price.

Our maintenance colleagues are solving technical issues on working days.
Free WiFi
There is a 500 Mbps wireless service available in all the apartments. Please note that the internet provider does not guarantee a continuous 500 Mbps bandwidth on wifi.
Central Location
Non-stop tram 4-6 and Boráros bus terminal is only ten minutes away by walk.
Study room
A cozy study room is waiting for you in the basement every day from 08:00 to 20:00.

Amenities at extra costs
Regular Room Cleaning
Available if you order it in advance for the whole period of your contract.
8 000 HUF/month in 1 person rooms with shared bathrooms and 12 000 HUF in 1 person rooms with private bathrooms + 2 000 HUF/additional beds for a room cleaning every second week.
15 000 HUF/month in 1 person rooms with shared bathrooms and 20 000 HUF in 1 person rooms with private bathrooms + 1 500 HUF/additional beds for a room cleaning every week.
(not valid in case of renting one of our entire apartments)
Extra Room Cleaning
You can ask for one-time cleaning in email for between 09:00 and 16:00 for 5 000 HUF in 1 person rooms with shared bathrooms and 7 500 HUF in 1 person rooms with private bathrooms + 2 500 HUF/additional beds.
Bedding (not included)
5 000 HUF/set (big and small pillow, blanket, all with cover and a sheet) to buy it and you wash it for yourself.
10 000 HUF/set/month if you order a weekly change when we are signing the contract. In this case you do not buy the bedding.
Accessories
Choose any of the IKEA office chairs or standing lamps and we are delivering and assembling it for you for the IKEA item price within a week approximately. You will need to pay for the chosen item(s).
Parking
Spots are available for 20 000 HUF/month if added to contract or 25 000 HUF/month if not added just paid occasionally.
